Dimples was inspired by my Dutch grandparents, who made all my cousins and I Dutch Mini Pancakes, or poffertjes, as a special breakfast treat when we were kids. In High school I was lucky enough to go on a trip with my grandparents to Holland, where I saw my favorite mini pancakes everywhere, even at pizza places.
7 Years later in my last year of University I launched Dimples to bring the Famous Dutch Mini Pancakes to the US. With the help of my Opa building a stand, I started serving customers in the historic Broadway Market in Buffalo.
Seeing the smiles on my customers faces, I knew I wanted to focus my efforts on growing Dimples after graduation. The Dimples team and I are passionate about making our customers happy, which is why we use only the best ingredients and always try to exceed expectations.
